Shipping

Monvoy ships to the United Kingdom and internationally. All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment being confirmed.

United Kingdom

Standard delivery: 2–4 working days
Express delivery: next working day when ordered before 12pm

Europe

Standard delivery: 4–7 working days

Rest of World

Standard delivery: 7–14 working days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. All international shipments may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your Monvoy purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please write to us at hello@monvoy.co with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within one working day with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@monvoy.co with a photograph of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
